Welcome to our page. We specialise in motorcycle riding experiences on Harley-Davidson® motorcycles in northern Italy. Our unique style of rides are ideal for small groups (three or four riders) or even “one to one” personally guided tours. By keeping our group sizes small we ensure that you get the maximum attention throughout your time with us. We are an enthusiast-run business. We are driven by a passion to ride and the pleasure of sharing the beauty of this region with our guests and other like-minded individuals.
About our motorcycle tours
Our motorcycle tours will give you a unique opportunity to explore and experience the “real Piedmont” (in Italian– “Piemonte”). When you ride with us you are no longer a tourist, but a friend of a fellow biker who genuinely lives in this region. This is a unparalleled motorcycling experience. You will see firsthand this extraordinarily beautiful and virtually untouched region of northern Italy. Our modest fleet of Harley-Davidson® motorcycles are regularly serviced and maintained by our good friends at HD Alba. All our motorcycles are touring or cruiser models.
We describe our riding style as leisurely, in harmony with the surroundings therefore allowing you time to enjoy the ride and to soak in the fabulous panoramic views. Our aim is to focus on the quality of the journey. We do not focus on the number of kilometres ridden in a day.
Most of our tour routes are centred in and around the region of Piedmont however you will also ride into Liguria, along the Ligurian coastline & Cote d’azur and perhaps through stunning winding mountain passes and also into southern France. Most of our routes are comfortably accomplished within a day from our farmhouse base which allows you to travel light.
Our clients are usually Harley-Davidson® enthusiasts & passionate motorcyclists seeking to experience “something unique” riding one of the most nostalgic, classic and famous brands of motorcycle.
Carefully selected Routes
All of our routes are carefully designed and each one is diligently pre-ridden to avoid any “tourist traps” and heavily trafficked roads. We favour the lesser travelled roads through unspoilt scenic countryside and we visit only the best family-run pizzerias, coffee shops, trattorias (small local restaurants) & cantinas (wineries) where the authentic traditional Italian/Piemontese way of life and hospitality is warm and genuine.
Strategic location
Our traditional farmhouse base, Cascina Belbo is located in the Alta (high) Langa hills of Piedmont. It is tastefully renovated internally to provide in-house luxury B&B accommodation. All rooms have their own private bathrooms and we provide a sumptuous breakfast to energise you for the day ahead. Cascina Belbo is the perfect location from which to ride out. We are literally in the heart of some of the best scenery and awesome riding roads in this region. Moreover you can ride out in virtually any direction from here and experience something different every single day of your stay. We also arrange airport pick-up and drop-off from Turin or GenoaInternational airports in luxury minibus transport.
Culture & scenic diversity
The region of Piedmont is very rich in culture and history, above all is probably most famous for its excellent Piemontese cuisine, white truffles and fine wines. In recent years the vineyard landscape that surrounds us has been awarded UNESCO world heritage status and is therefore a marvel to visit, photograph and certainly enjoy on two wheels. There are literally hundreds of hilltop medieval towns and villages each having their own unique character and local speciality (for example, chocolate, wine, truffles, salami, cheese or ice-cream) and should not be missed by simply riding through – these are the best places to stop, meet the locals, have a coffee, chat and move on enriched with a little piece of local history and perhaps a new circle of Italian friends.
